ALL BODYWEIGHT TRAVEL WORKOUTS
This program consists of 20 all bodyweight workouts, perfect for home workouts, travellers, reduced spaces, indoors or outdoors, and whenever access to a gym/equipment is not available. In fact this program is for anybodywho loves being active and functional.
About this program...
- My goal when I designed this program was not only to give you a great workout but also to make you move better, and improve all aspects of your training.
- All workouts have a warm-up and a main workout or WOD.
- The warm-ups are super challenging as well and focus on mobility, speed, agility, stability and balance. You can add rounds or time to them and use them as a main workout too. So in reality, you have 40 workouts instead of 20 ;)
- These workouts include DEMO videos of absolutely every move. But feel free to scale the moves up or down according to your fitness level. I included some subs for standard moves though.
- Please read all the notes for detailed instructions
- Absolutely no equipment needed, or special props, so you can do them ANYWHERE, ANYTIME. Even in the most reduced space or in the worst weather.
